For the last 21 years, the mission of the Northwest Leadership Foundation (NLF) has been to encourage, develop, and strengthen leadership for the spiritual and social renewal of Tacoma and the other urban centers of the Pacific Northwest. With a focus on education, leadership development and organizational capacity building, NLF moves individuals and organizations from good intentions to effective outcomes through our unique insight, relationships, access and know-how.
